The essence of yoga

Every type of physical activities is good for development of stout physique but yoga is the best. Yoga is a way of living in total health, i.e. healthy body ,healthy mind and spiritual being. Yoga is not only stretching and relaxing of body but also much more as you felt . It issue divided in to three segments.
       The physical exercise i.e. comprise of various postures known as Aasans .
       The techniques of breathings known as pranayama .
       The last one is meditation known as dhyana .
        The yogic exercises recharge the Whole body with cosmic energy and facilitates;
           Attainments of perfect equilibrium and harmony.
       Promote of self healing
       Remove negative blocks from mind and toxin from body
       Enhance personal power
       Increase self- awareness
       Help in attention and concentration specially for children
       Reduces stress and anxiety to keep individual in relaxing mood.
       Help in controlling an individual mind,body and soul
        Achieve a peaceful body and mind ,
       Help in increasing the flexibility of muscles strength and body toning .

    The true essence of yoga is to elevate the energy. The participants feel rejuvenated and energized as yoga is best for every age group. The ultimate aim is to assure only to physical well-being .
